By accessing or using the DreamSpace Collection website (“Site”) and purchasing products from DreamSpace Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.

To use this Site and purchase products, you must:

We accept payment methods listed on the Site at checkout.
Orders are not binding until accepted and processed by DreamSpace Collection.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once products have been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Transit damage reported outside the required timeframe

Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional requirements when reporting transit damage or defects.

5. Returns, Refunds & Defects

Returns, refunds, and defective item claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By purchasing from DreamSpace Collection, you acknowledge and accept the conditions therein.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, logos, product photos, text, graphics, and layout, is the exclusive property of DreamSpace Collection or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
